WebCT Log In Procedure

Important!

Please contact your instructor by email after you successfully log in. Provide your contact information (i.e. phone, FAX etc.) All instructor emails are located in the Online Classes and Instructor Emails link.

Unless instructed differently by your instructor, all logins are first initial, middile initial and last name (e.g. jtdoe for John Timothy Doe; jssmith for Jane Sally Doe-Smith). 

If you have no middle initial, your login will be only your first initial and last name.

All new accounts have the password: chaminade (please change your password as soon as possible for security reasons).

1. Go to: http://webct.chaminade.edu/

2. Click on Log in to myWebCT.

3. Enter your login (e.g. jdoe).

4. Enter your password. (chaminade)

5. Your course(s) will be listed on the left side of the screen. Click on the course title to enter.  

     

Trouble-shooting Tips

• If you find your login and password are not being accepted and you are sure its correct, you may need to enable the "cookies" in your browser. For information on how to do this, go to: http://www.webct.com/tuneup.

• If you experience any problems in your online class (e.g. not being able to reply, buttons don't work etc.) you can try one of two things or both:

  • First go to http://www.webct.com/tuneup for information on configuring your browser.

  • Second, disable or turn-off any anti-virus software or anti-popup software settings.
